Lilian CIACHIR earned his BA in Theology from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology at the University of Bucharest in 1999. Actually he is PhD Candidate in Business Administration at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Since the creation in 1999 of the UNESCO Chair in Inter-cultural and Inter-religious Exchanges, Lilian was involved as Scientific Collaborator and as Coordinator of the activities and programs of the UNESCO Chair.

Since 2014 these programs are organized by the UNESCO Chair within the Faculty of Philosophy in partnership with the Universities of Fribourg and Geneva, Hamburg, Dortmund, Regensburg, Dijon and Corte.
