Admission results



Candidații declarați admiși în sesiunea iulie 2020 la programele de master organizate de Catedra UNESCO din Facultatea de Filosofie vor confirma ocuparea locurilor la BUGET sau la TAXĂ în zilele de 28, 30 și 31 iulie 2020 și în zilele de 24, 25 și 26 august 2020, prin depunerea documentelor necesare la Secretariatul Catedrei UNESCO, Splaiul Independenței nr. 204, etaj. 1, București.


  • vor depune la dosar actele de studii în original: diploma de bacalaureat și diploma de licență însoțită de suplimentul la diplomă / foaia matricolă sau adeverința de absolvire pentru promoția 2020.
  • Candidații admiși la buget care nu depun originalul diplomei de bacalaureat și al diplomei de licență sau al adeverinței de licență pentru promoția 2020 își pierd locul în favoarea următorilor clasați în ordinea mediilor la programul respectiv.


  • vor depune la dosar actele de studii în copii legalizate sau certificate de către Secretariat conform cu originalul prezentat: diploma de bacalaureat, diploma de licență însoțită de suplimentul la diplomă / foaia matricolă sau adeverința de absolvire pentru promoția 2020, certificatul de naștere, trei fotografii ¾ cm și chitanța / OP-ul care să ateste plata taxei de confirmare a locului, în valoare de 500 RON (parte din taxa de studii anuală).
  • Achitarea taxei de confirmare a locului se poate face online în contul RO27 RNCB0076010452620 307, deschis la BCR, Sector 5, Universitatea din București, Cod fiscal 4505502 sau la Casieria Universității din București (sediu Rectorat, Șoseaua Panduri nr. 90). Pe chitanţă / OP se va specifica “taxă de studii master”. Chitanța / OP-ul se depune, în original, la secretariatul Catedrei UNESCO.

Eventualele contestații pot fi depuse la secretariat  sau pe adresa de mail până pe data de 29.07.2020 ora 14.00.



Candidații admiși pe locurile cu taxă având opțiune pentru locurile finanțate de la buget sunt considerați în așteptare pentru locurile de la buget în funcție de succesiunea mediilor și de confirmarea locului cu documentele necesare. În măsura în care rămân neocupate locuri finanțate de la buget (în urma retragerii dosarelor sau a neconfirmării locului prin depunerea diplomei de bacalaureat și a diplomei de licență sau a adeverinței de absolvire pentru promoția 2020 în original de către cei declarați admiși), aceste locuri vor fi ocupate de către candidaţii declarați admiși pe locuri cu taxă în ordinea descrescătoare a mediilor obținute, în următoarele condiţii:

a) vor fi luate în considerație numai dosarele neretrase, în ordinea mediilor;

b) locul va fi confirmat prin depunerea diplomei de bacalaureat și a diplomei de licență sau a adeverinței de absolvire pentru promoția 2020 în original la secretariatul Catedrei UNESCO, în următoarele zile: 28, 30 și 31 iulie 2020 sau 24, 25 și 26 august 2020;

c) candidații care achită suma de 500 lei, exprimându-şi astfel intenţia de a urma studiile la Catedra UNESCO a Facultății de Filosofie pe locurile cu taxă, dacă îndeplinesc condiţiile a) şi b), vor fi declaraţi admişi pe locuri finanțate de la buget şi vor primi înapoi suma de 500 lei la începutul lunii octombrie 2020.

Candidații care își retrag dosarul pierd atât locul de la BUGET cât şi locul cu TAXĂ.

  • Motivation Letter (1,5-2 pp)

State clearly what your expectations are and what you would like to do upon finishing the programme with the knowledge that you acquire during Master Program. Try to write a “personal” targeted motivation letter, where you explain what makes you in particular worth to be selected and clearly explain why you apply for this particular Master programme. If you have any work or volunteer experience, be sure to mention it, as well as any publications of your previous research. When you can indicate your scientific interests and the direction of your future Master thesis, it is also viewed as a plus.

Today I had the last course at master studies. Too late for a master? At all. I was looking for something outside the comfort zone but relevant in my professional field: HR, communication, mergers&acquisitions, business. In this context resulted the topic of the thesis: Challenges of SMEs in M&A processes. At the interview I was asked about how determined am I to attend the classes, how the family will support me, as presence of 80% being mandatory. They did, and thank them.

Intercultural Management Master Program, 2nd Year

When I have felt that I want more for my career, I’ve started looking for another master that would level it up therefore, I’ve thought that MBA would be the best choice to achieve my goals. What caught my attention is that this master program is framed by UNESCO-Chair, so I’ve decided to try my luck and contact the University of Bucharest which was to me Mr. Lilian Ciachir. Thanks to him I was more convinced that I’m making the right choice, I personally find the program complete and diverse, by the teaching materials, most of the professors are from abroad, it assures diversity and flexibility that develop the teamwork skills.
